Due to maintenance work, the Swiss Emissions Trading Registry will be offline from 7 to 22 April 2014. During this time, it will not be possible to log in or perform transactions.

The Registry hotline will be closed on the following dates: 24 April / 29 May / 9 June / 1 August 2014.

Important notice regarding the two-stage authentication: A few clients have experienced problems with the delivery of their transaction number by text message (smsTAN). Upon further research, we discovered that certain mobile network providers cannot fully guarantee the delivery of these text messages. If you have already registered a mobile phone number but do not receive any text message after successfully logging in with your user name and password, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution.

New account number formats: Since the start of the consolidated Union Registry of the European Union, new account number formats have been implemented. To submit a transaction from a Swiss Emissions Trading Registry account to an destination account in the Union Registry, it is important to omit the last two digits. Example: Instead of EU-100-XXXXXXX-0-YY only enter the following part of the account number EU-100-XXXXXXX-0 (in green characters).

The Registry hotline will be available from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 12pm and from 1pm to 4pm (local time), except on Tuesdays from 9am to 12pm and on public holidays.
